Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at this hotel for about a month, and while it has some positives like a big pool and generally decent room sizes, it fell short in several areas. The service was lacking, especially during breakfast, and the views from my room were disappointing. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place given the issues I faced with air conditioning, food variety, and staff willingness to accommodate requests.
My stay lasted about a month, and while the hotel has a nice big pool and the receptionists are usually smiling, there were quite a few downsides. I faced issues with the air conditioning and had a terrible view from one of my rooms. The breakfast options were repetitive and not accommodating to requests. Overall, it felt like there were better hotels in Kumasi for the same price.
I spent a month at this hotel and while there are some positives, there’s definitely room for improvement. The rooms are spacious, and the big pool room is a huge plus. However, the dining experience left a lot to be desired with limited breakfast options, and I encountered multiple issues with my room, including malfunctioning air conditioning. Overall, I found better options for a similar price in Kumasi.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The spacious rooms and friendly reception staff were highlights, as well as the large pool area. However, my overall experience was marred by poor service, especially concerning breakfast options, and inconsistent electricity. I found better value at other hotels in Kumasi for the same price.
I spent about a month at this hotel, and while there are definitely some positives like the big pool room and pleasant reception staff, my experience was overshadowed by several issues. The rooms had problems, such as malfunctioning air conditioning and poor views. The food was disappointing, especially with the repetitive breakfast options and unhelpful management when I tried to request alternatives. Overall, I found better hotels for similar prices in the area.
